There are just two simple steps to getting your PLUS electronic copyboard
repaired.
Step One
Please contact our Technical Support department to verify if indeed
the copyboard is defective:

Step Two
We will schedule an on-site technician to arrive at your facility
and repair the copyboard. Copyboards can not be shipped back to PLUS
for repair.
