FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
During a PowerPoint presentation,
it becomes unavailable to operate.
To resume from freezing status, turn the
lamp off then on again. Using system, PowerPoint viewer and the
Font Transfer Utility, version may not apply to the presentation
you are showing. In this case, updating system programs may solve
this problem. First try to update PC side programs, such as Font
Transfer Utility. If still you see same problem, refer following
information and ask update to purchased store or to PLUS Vision
customer center.
Update
Information : Font Transfer Utility / Wireless Presenter-to-Go /
Presenter-to-Go:
• Version can be confirmed by this way : open Presenter Panel.
then push Advanced button and show "version info" in the
window.
• If your Font Transfer Utility's is not latest one, download
from the link below, then execute it. You don't need to uninstall
used version.
• Remove all files in the "Fonts" folder in using
CF memory card before copying your presentation files. You can use

utility to remove those files.

Update Information : Projector/Viewer Firmware
• Purchased store or PLUS Vision customer center will serve
you to update your projector firmware.
• The viewer firmware version can be shown on the network
information OSD. To see this OSD, set Option/AutoSource menu off
and select "network" source. You should not put any CF
memory card in projector's PC-card slot.
