FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Layout in pages of a PPT,
PPS presentation is destoyed or out of order.
U4-237 PowerPoint presentation viewer does
not support all features of it on Windows' PowerPoint application.
You can design a PowerPoint presentation appearance compatible with
what you see on your computer if:
- You use table to align text instead of using tab or indentation.
- You put proper line-feeds in your presentation. The viewer renders
fonts that slightly different from the one you look on your PC.
Thus the number of lines in a paragraph may differ from the one
you designed on your PC. However if you use space-separated-words
language, such as English or other European languages, the viewer
will properly word-wrap text. In contrast, if you wrote Asian language
in your presentation, such as Japanese, Chinese and/or Korean, you
may need to insert line-feed explicitly to properly break a sentence
into multiple lines not to see odd language displayed.
