FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The viewer does not show some effect such as gradient, 3D and shadow.

This tables explains how the Viewer shows PowerPoint effects and patterns

Gradient	Supports one-way horizontal or vertical gradient. It does not support other gradient such as center to both-side gradient or corn-like gradient. Such gradient pattern may be replaced with solid color or the object using such gradient may not be displayed. Therefore you are recommended not to use unsupported gradient pattern not only a PowerPoint native object but also in any pasted other application's object.
3D, Shadow	Not supported. The object may be displayed without 3D and shadow effect.
Wordard	Not supported. In some case the Viewer shows it with alternate text.
Patterns (for objects, lines....)	Not all patterns are supported. The object may be displayed without assigned pattern or shown with correct pattern if possible.
Audio, movie, form, search, XML/XHTML, grid, Presentation Pack, Edit-Points, calendar, slant text, slant object, date(formatted) ds Horizontal	Not supported and will not be displayed.
Pages using a templates	The viewer supports not all templates and some templates graphics may not be viewable.
