CONDITIONS
Projector Warranty
PLUS Vision Corporation of America, formerly Lightware, Inc. ("PLUS")
warrant that each ("Product") projector purchase from PLUS
is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during
the warranty period, said warranty shall commence on the day of purchase
by the End-User and continue for a period of (3) years for new DLP™ models
from PLUS. Warranty extends only to the original End-User purchase
and is not transferable. One Year Extended Warranty is available for purchase at the time of initial
sale.
Consumable items are not included in this warranty, with exception of
new lamp life which is noted below under it's own warranty policy.
To exercise the End-User's rights under this warranty, the Product
must be returned at the End-Users expense, to PLUS, or to any authorized
PLUS service center. The returned product must be accompanied by
(i) the End-User's sales receipt or invoice that shows the date of
sale, product type and serial number. When returned to PLUS (ii)
a return authorization number (RMA) issued by PLUS is required and is clearly
displayed on the outside of the shipping carton.
Lamp Warranty
PLUS lamps for new projectors are warranted for 1000 hours of usage,
or six months from the date of lamp's purchase, which ever comes
first. Warranty is void and the lamp cannot be returned for a
refund if the lamp has been used in a non PLUS or TAXAN branded projector.
Copyboard Warranty
PLUS Vision Corporation Electronic Copyboards and CaptureBoard™ ("Product")
are warranted for one year on parts, and 90 days on labor. Warranty
extends only to the original End-User purchase and is not transferable.
One Year Extended Warranty is available for purchase at the time of initial
sale.
Consumable items are not included in this warranty, i.e. Mylar, erasers,
markers, etc.

Exclusive Remedy
During the above noted warranty period PLUS Vision will, at no additional
charge, repair or replace defective parts or at the option of PLUS Vision,
replace the entire unit. PLUS Vision shall have no other obligation,
and repair or replacement shall be the End-User's exclusive remedy
for any defect in the Product.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions This Limited warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged due to accident, unauthorized modifications, tampering, abuse, misuse, alterations, unusual physical or electrical stress, or to any Product that has been serviced by other than PLUS Vision or its authorized agents or which has been used in any manner other than from ordinary use in the application for which it was intended.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ALL STATUTORY WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY WAIVED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, PLUS VISION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
Limitation of Liability
It is understood and agreed that the liability of PLUS Vision, whether
in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise shall
not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by the End-User
and under no circumstances shall PLUS Vision be liable for special, indirect
or consequential damages. No action, regardless of form, arising
out to the agreement to purchase the Product may be brought by the End-User
more than one year after the cause of the actions has accrued.
Non-PLUS Products Warranty
Please refer to the original manufacturer of any non-PLUS branded products
that we sell for any warranty issues or inquiries. This would include brands
such as Da-Lite, Premier Mounts, Peerless Mounts, Gyration, Margi, Zen
Remote, Porter Case, ELMO, Airprojector and any others not listed here.

Ongoing 15% Special on Accessory Items
Any product other than a PLUS digital projector, PLUS electronic copyboard,
and ELMO bundle package, will receive a 15% discount when purchased at
the same time as a new PLUS digital projector. Only the purchase of a new
PLUS digital projector enables this discount on accessory items. This program
only applies when a new PLUS projector is purchased, and during the same
phone call or web session of the purchase. After the point of purchase,
the 15% accessory discount does not qualify unless another new PLUS projector
and accessory item is bought. No other discounts or promotions can be combined
with this offer.
Privacy Statement
This site is controlled and operated by PLUS from its office within the
State of Oregon, United States of America. This agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without
giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. No software, information
or products from this site may be downloaded, ordered or otherwise exported
or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya,
North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed
goods.
Information that you provide us while requesting product information, seeking
service and support or in on-line ordering is maintained directly by PLUS.
We will not sell your information to anybody, including your e-mail address.
If you find that you do not want to receive further information from PLUS,
please call us at 1.800.211.9001 and speak with a Product Information Specialist
to have your name made private in our database.
PLUS is committed to a safe and secure on-line shopping environment for
our customers. We have implemented security measures through use of Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology to insure that you can comfortably shop in
our on-line environment without concern that others can access your address
and credit card information.
It is our policy never to transmit credit card information via e-mail. Should
there be any problem with your payment method, you will be called directly
by one of our Inside Sales Representatives to discuss and resolve it quickly.
Additionally, should you choose not to transmit your information to us via
our on-line ordering system, we have provided you with the ability to print
and fax your order. Either way, we are committed to the security of your
private information.

by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. The copyright on such
materials is held by PLUS or by the original creator of the materials. None
of the materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded,
posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means other than
as described by PLUS with prior written permission. All rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing
on PLUSs Internet site may violate copyright, trademark and other
applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
All trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error, PLUS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. PLUS shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, PLUS shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with
PLUS Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for
you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your
credit card will be billed upon processing your order.
PLUS accepts money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money
order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please
allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before
the order is processed. PLUS cannot guarantee the availability of a product
by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25.00
fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how
to pay using one of these methods.

Product will be shipped when the check has cleared. Note: Please write the
PLUS order number on all payments. We also suggest sending the payment to
PLUS by Federal Express, UPS, etc. to track shipment more efficiently. No
Saturday Delivery.

PLUS will ship your product to you by the best method available for your
specific needs. You have the option of Priority Overnight 10:30am delivery,
Standard Overnight, Standard 2-Day, Standard 3-Day, and Economy 3-7 Business
Days.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order.
Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total dollar value of
the all the items in your order.
There is a minimum fee of $6.00 per shipment for three day delivery, $18.00
for next day delivery by 3:00pm and $25.00 for overnight delivery by 10:30am.
There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment
that is refused. Orders with overnight shipping must be placed before 12:00pm
PST to guarantee next-day delivery, if the product is in stock at the time
the order is received at the warehouse. Overnight shipping is available
Monday through Friday. PLUS can ship overnight to 95% of continental U.S.
locations. If you are located in a rural area, please check with your local
FedEx office to ensure next-day delivery is possible. For weekend delivery
options, please contact a sales representative at 1.800.211.9001.
All Orders are shipped FOB, Beaverton, Oregon.
Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments
are subject to stock availability.

PLUS will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be
the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is
not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is
available.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. PLUS reserves the right, at any time after receipt
of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the
quantity you ordered of any item. In order to protect the interests of
our customers,
all orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an
acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department.
We may require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. PLUS is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept
orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers
who intend to resell the products which PLUS offers for sale.

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days
after the invoice date, you may return it for an immediate replacement. Restocking
fees and terms vary by dealer. Before returning any item, you must
contact your dealer returns department within 30 days of your invoice
date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return. All products are sold with our manufacturer's
warranty. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in
original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any
discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

PLUS is confident in the quality of our products. If your product fails within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact our technical support by e-mail or by phone at 1-800-211-9001 to determine if the product is indeed defective. Please have the following information at hand when requesting an RMA # for the replacement/repair of your projector:
- Product Name
- Product Serial Number
- Bill-to phone number
Please refer to the following instructions when sending your projector to
PLUS:
- All items must be in original condition with all packing material,
manuals, and registration card(s).
- You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The
RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return.
- Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your
package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with
tracking information.
- All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with
shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original
packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. The RMA number
must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside
of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
Please contact customer service before you make a return. No returns will
be accepted without an accompanying authorization number and a copy of the
original invoice.
PLUS does not withhold sales tax for most orders. PLUS Vision Corp.
of America is registered and doing business in the states of California,
New Jersey and Oregon. Although we are based out of Oregon, our business
representation in California and New Jersey requires us to charge the
applicable tax to the sale of any orders shipped there, where sales
tax applies.
Projector lamps contain mercury. Do not throw in trash. Dispose of lamps
according to local, state, or federal laws.
