Why is DLP the Best?
Why is DLP™ the Best?

Step One

What kind of projector do you need?

• Are you going to be traveling around a lot?
• Is size very important to you?
• After a day in the classroom, will you take it home to watch movies on your wall?

Tip: Lumens

A projector's brightness is measured in ANSI lumens. Our projectors range in brightness from 800-2000 lumens. Anywhere in this range is plenty bright for a dark room. However, if you won't be able to control the ambient lighting in your presentation environment, you may want to consider a projector with more lumens. View Glossary

Tip: Resolution

Do you need XGA or SVGA resolution? What is the difference between the two and which is best? Read more about it in our comparison: Click Here

Tip: Contrast Ratio

Contrast is what often provides the "snap" we see in projected images. The added sharpness created from greater variations in adjoining pixels can mean the difference between a flat looking image and a crisp one. Contrast ratio is what makes black look black and white look white.

Tip: Weight & Size

All of our new projectors are light and small enough for travel. Portability in projection is a specialty of PLUS projectors.

• Double-check that you have every cable you need. It's no fun going on a last-minute quest for a cord, or asking the people you're trying to sell to for help.
• Still having trouble? There's a good chance it's something simple. Call technical support first! 1.800.211.9001 extension 3, between the hours of 7:am and 5:pm, Monday through Friday.
