MULTIPLE AWARDS FOR NEW PLUS PIANO HE-3100 HOME THEATER PROJECTOR

Affordable new DLP projector garners multiple media awards and prestigious CES Innovations Award for its performance and value.

LAS VEGAS, January 8, 2002 - Just a few short weeks after its introduction, the new PLUS Piano HE-3100 home theater projector has earned the prestigious CES Innovations Award and a bevy of awards from major home theater media.

The PLUS Piano HE-3100, the world's smallest and lightest home theater projector, established a new benchmark in value, providing the performance of Digital Light Processing(tm) (DLP(tm)) technology and other advanced features for just $2,999. Attesting to the breakthrough that the PLUS HE-3100 represents, it has received awards from E-Gear magazine, Home Theater & Sound (www.hometheatersound.com) and Stereophile Guide To Home Theater, in addition to the CES Innovations Award.

The CES Innovations Awards, endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America, are judged by a panel of journalists, designer and engineers and recognize the best designed and engineered products in a range of consumer electronics product categories. Winning products are showcased at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which this year runs from January 8 - 11, 2002 in Las Vegas and where the PLUS HE-3100 will be exhibited.
