WARRANTY
PLUS Vision Corporation of America ("PLUS") warrants that each ("Product") projector purchased from PLUS is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, said warranty shall commence on the day of purchase by the End-User and continue for a period of (2) years. The user replaceable lamp is excluded after the first 90 days of the warranty period.
To exercise the End-User’s rights under this warranty, the Product must be returned at the End-Users expense, to PLUS, Inc. The returned product must be accompanied by (i) the End-User’s sales receipt or invoice that shows the date of sale, product type and, when returned to PLUS, (ii) a return authorization number, issued by PLUS that is clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping carton. The Warranty extends only to the original End-User purchase and is not transferable.
During the Warranty Period, PLUS will, at no additional charge, repair or replace defective parts or, at the option of PLUS., replace the entire unit. PLUS. shall have no other obligation, and repair or replacement shall be the End-User’s exclusive remedy for any defect in the Product.
REPLACEMENT/REPAIR POLICY
PLUS is confident in the quality of our products. If your product fails, please contact our technical support by email or by telephone at 1-800-211-9001 extension 524 to request repair or replacement. Please have following information at hand when requesting an RMA number for replacement/repair of your projector:
1.) Product Name
2.) Product Serial Number
3.) Bill-To Phone Number
OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER
1: Return Policy: To Return your product you will need to obtain an RMA number from PLUS within 10 days after receipt of product. Please call 1-800-211-9001 extension 524 between 7:30am and 5:00pm to obtain an RMA number. RMA Numbers are valid for 2 days after being issued when returning a product that is not defective or D.O.A.
2: Defective or D.O.A. policy: To Return your product you will need to obtain an RMA number from PLUS within 30 days after receipt of product. Please call 1-800-211-9001 extension 524 between 7:30am and 5:00pm to obtain an RMA number. RMA Numbers are valid for 14 days after being issued for Defective or D.O.A. products.
NOTE: All products without an RMA number will be refused.
UPON RECEIPT OF RMA NUMBER YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1: Pack up the unit in it's Original Packaging.
2: Include the projector and all accessories that shipped with the Piano HE-3100/3200 including the manual, remote control, and cables.
3: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the following address:

Product must be returned within 2 days in case of Return policy or 14 days in the case of Defective or D.O.A policy.
4: Upon receipt of the unit PLUS will inspect the unit for damage and to ensure all the accessories have been shipped back. If any damage or item is missing the customer is responsible. PLUS will contact the consumer to discuss this.
5: In case of 10 day return policy, a credit in full, including shipping charge applied to purchase, will be issued if everything is acceptable with the return of the projector. In case of defective or D.O.A policy, the exchanged unit will be shipped out to you if everything is acceptable with the return of the projector.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:
All returned items must be in new and resalable condition and meet the following criteria:
- DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. If the box is written on, the returned product will be refused.
- If your projector has less than four (4) hours on the lamp, then you will not be charged a restocking fee. If your projector has four (4) to ten (10) hours on the lamp, and/or evidence of excessive wear and tear, you will be refunded your purchase price less a low 25% restocking fee. If your projector has greater than ten (10) hours on the lamp, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. Instead the projector may be repaired under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines. The restock fee will also apply for stocking items that evidence excessive wear and tear.
- Be in the original shipping carton with all original packing material.
- Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
- Include all manuals, warranty/guarantee information, and instructions. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
- Customer pays shipping costs and must insure the package for the purchase value. Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or Airborne. Do not send return merchandise via U.S. Mail by any method; it will be refused. Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.
This Limited warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged due to accident, unauthorized modifications, tampering, abuse, misuse, alterations, unusual physical or electrical stress, or to any Product that has been serviced by other than PLUS or its authorized agents or which has been used in any manner other than from ordinary use in the application for which it was intended.
Other than those warranties contained in these terms and conditions, manufacturer makes no representations or warranties with regard to products sold under this purchase order, all of which warranties are expressly disclaimed hereby. Without limiting the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, manufacturer disclaims all other express or implied warranties of manufacture, design, and/or suitability for a particular purpose.
