TERMS OF SALE

CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards; Visa, and MasterCard. There is no
surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with PLUS Corporation
("PLUS"). Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for
you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your
credit card will be billed upon processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks,
Bank Drafts
PLUS accepts money orders, bank drafts, cashier's checks and company checks
in Canadian Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order
or cashier's check. For bank drafts, please allow up to 10 banking days
after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. PLUS
cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or
payment is received. We will charge a $40.00 fee on all returned checks.
Please see the following instructions below on how to pay using one of these
methods.
Instructions for paying by cashier's check, money order, personal check,
or company check:
Present Payment made payable to Dynamic Digital Technologies, to the dealer
who completed the sale of the projector. The dealer will forward payment
to Dynamic Digital Technologies.
Product will be shipped when payment has been approved. Note: Please write
the PLUS order number on all payments.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. PLUS reserves the right, at any time after receipt
of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity
you ordered of any item. In order to protect the interests of our customer's,
all orders placed over $2000.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We
may require additional verifications or information before accepting any
order.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product becomes defective within the
first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund,
minus a 25% restocking fee, or an immediate replacement. Before returning
any item, you must contact our returns department within thirty days of
your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No
returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.The RMA number
is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for
return. PLUS will offer a refund or replacement on your projector subject
to the terms noted below.
All products are sold with our manufacturers warranty. In order to
receive credit (minus restocking fee), your purchase must be returned with
shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in
original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your
credit.
All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business
days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions.
